Prior to using AIV's service, your practice must agree to our Terms of Service and Use. Your consent to the terms of service will be signed during your onboarding process; however, we feel strongly about disclosing all terms prior to establishing customer relationships.

‍AIV Solutions, LLC provides insurance verification services ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, the user agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") before utilizing the AIV Portal on the AIV site (referred to collectively as the "Site") or any services or information provided through or in connection with AIV Solutions or its affiliates (collectively referred to as "AIV").

By accepting these Terms or using the Service (including accessing the Service), you are expressly agreeing to abide by these Terms, which constitute a legal agreement between you and AIV. These Terms also incorporate any additional terms and conditions posted on the Site or provided by AIV to you. Please note that these Terms do not apply to your use of other websites or applications.

The resources and information available through the Service are intended for authorized healthcare providers, including your employing provider ("Your Company"), subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use.By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally eligible to accept these Terms and are an authorized user of the Service representing Your Company. AIV reserves the right to update these Terms by notifying you of such updates, including by posting the updated Terms on this Site.

Any updates to these Terms will not affect any disputes between you and AIV that arose before the date of the updated Terms or the notification thereof. The "Effective" date above indicates the latest revision of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any updates constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of such updates.

Services Provided

Through this Site, AIV may grant you access to documentation, registration services, and information related to AIV's application programming interfaces, specifically the "Patient Access APIs" provided under the CMS Interoperability and Patient Access Final Rule (CMS-9115-F). References to "the Service" in these Terms encompass your access, connection, and use of the APIs associated with the Service.

Accounts/Registration

To access the APIs associated with the Service, you must provide certain information during the registration process or during your ongoing use of the APIs. You agree that all registration information provided to AIV must be accurate and kept up to date. Notify AIV promptly of any changes to ensure you are informed of any updates impacting your use of the APIs. Credentials issued by AIV, such as passwords, keys, tokens, and client IDs, are for your exclusive use and identification of any software used with the APIs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and notifying AIV immediately in case of loss, theft, or unauthorized access or use.

Usage Rules and Requirements

Your use of the APIs associated with the Service is subject to specified limitations and conditions outlined in these Terms, the API documentation, and applicable laws. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to disrupt its operation or violate its security measures.

Proprietary Rights

AIV retains ownership of the Service, and parts of it may be subject to intellectual property rights held by AIV or its third-party suppliers. You may not use AIV's trademarks or copyrights without authorization.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by AIV's Privacy Policy. AIV may disclose your information as required by law or for service-related purposes.

Electronic Communications

Communications with AIV, including emails and electronic messages, are conducted electronically, and you consent to such communications and the electronic review and analysis thereof.

Service Termination

You may terminate your agreement with these Terms by discontinuing use of the APIs associated with the Service. AIV reserves the right to terminate access to the Service as permitted by law and regulatory guidelines.These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and AIV regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
